Background: Royle Security specialises in protecting homes and businesses and supplies alarms, CCTV, security lighting, entry systems and other equipment from its base in Springhead, Oldham.
Project Description: After 10 years in the security supply business Royle Security decided it was time for a refresh and relaunch. They wanted to grow from a local based company to one that was national, and they needed a fresh new identity to achieve that. Cooldream helped them with all aspects of their rebrand – from their corporate identity and website, to new signage and livery designs. Other design pieces included exhibition graphics and marketing literature for direct mail and promotion.

The Client: Christopher Stern & Associates
Background: For many organisations their business rates bill is the largest tax bill they have to pay. With complicated and ever changing rules (and jargon), finding out what the correct bill should be is far from easy. With a background in rating assessment with the Valuation Office – working as the rating equivalent of a tax inspector turned into a tax advisor – Christopher Stern & Associates are able to advise on all other aspects of business rates including mergers, empty rates and reliefs.
Solution: Cooldream worked closely with Chris and his team to create an identity that clearly conveyed the valuable and specialist service they provided – creating a professional and trusted image.
Too often business owners (and not always just small business owners) struggle to understand the rating system and simply pay the bill without querying it – so the company logo and stationery needed to be clear, simple and above all, approachable.
The corporate identity has helped them bridge the credibility gab that new companies sometimes face, and has provided them with a solid foundation to take the company successfully forward.
